Birkenstock Men's Suede Soft Footbed Arizona Sandal

I bought my first pair while on vacation in 1995. I’d been walking all day and my feet were hot and tired. I stopped in a tiny shop and told the vendor my tale of woe. He recommended a pair just like these. Amazing comfort and arch support. When they break down (I’m quite large) I buy new but there’s also the option to have them rebuilt to function like new.

Purchased because of my planner fasciitis. Unbelievable difference walking from a poor shoe to this well-built shoe.

really over priced but they are the only option if you need sandals with support.

My boyfriend and I were excited to get our new Birkenstocks for our upcoming trip to Greece and thought they would be perfect to walk around in the summer heat. Although mine (of a different style) held up great, my boyfriend's new birks did not. About a week into our trip, the cork cracked on the sides and the leather stretched to the point where they were much too large to comfortably wear. We were both VERY disappointed! Birkenstocks claim to be built to last, but these will need some repairs before he can consider wearing them next season.

I am sure I would have loved this sandal, but they were too narrow.

My husband typically wears and American size 14 in all other shoes, but has always found a size 13 in Birkenstocks to be the best fit for him. He Loves the soft footbed and wont buy any more birkenstocks without it.

2nd pair. These are so comfortable. Highly recommend. Love the suede over leather. Bought for my husband who lives in them now.
