Meinl Percussion 20 inch Sea Frame Drums - African Brown

Excelente calidad en diseño, acabado y sonido, es un verdadero placer hacer sonar este tambor, lo ocupo principalmente para dar terapia de sonido, gracias a la empresa Meinl por sus excelentes instrumentos.

This Meinl sea drum is LOUD and so much fun. The noise can be too much for someone with sensory issues or pets (my cat did not like it). To mute the sound, I covered the drum with a t-shirt and kept it in its box - which worked perfectly. I also love the skin part of the drum which has a nice reverberation.

I ordered the large 22” drum. The sound is incredible! With a large surface area, and a generous quantity of 2 sizes and materials of balls inside the drum it’s capable of a wide range of sounds from very delicate slow movement of a few balls rolling across a large surface to massive wave crashing sounds! The feature allowing you to add or subtract the amount of balls in the drum as well as experiment with balls of different sizes and weights is wonderful. And I love the clear membrane allowing me to watch the motion of the balls as I play the drum. An excellent sonic device for altering one’s state of consciousness 🥰
