Let me be straight. I am married to a biologist and we strongly follow science and rationality in our lives and relationship. I have deep misgivings about anything that claims to have benefits via daily intake. I mean... oxygen DOES benefit us with daily intake... but it is also burning us alive and can kill us if we get too much. So I approach ApisBrasil and its Green Bee Propolis with a sea of salt.Honey is known to have scientifically backed health benefits. It can reduce swelling for instance. So although I do not know a lot about propolis or its specific benefits, I know it might have some of the same active ingredients as raw honey and thus share some of its benefits.The packaging and ads clevery use "may" and "improve" when it makes claims of the health benefits. These are words that give plenty of wiggle when it comes to your advertised benefits. So if you still get sick even though you take three pills of propolis every day, it might just be you are not AS sick as you would have been. And nothing that is promised here goes beyond the pale, like saying it may cure cancer or fix receding hair.So with that out of the way I am just going to say... these pills are wonderful to swallow and you can taste the honey goodness as they go down. If you are the type of person who wants and desires a daily pill to fuel a placebo effect or to help you face imminent pathogens while traveling or going to school, I would argue these are at least pleasant and small and tasty.I don't think the science on propolis is definite yet but we do have good evidence for honey and so you can let some of honey's gleam carry over reasonably to propolis. As such, I think this product can be a benefit to your daily supplements and is a lot easier than hoovering down a scoop of raw honey every day. Just maybe don't expect it to grant you perfect immunity or to reverse 10 years of aging.

I have supplemented with standard U.S. bee Propolis in the past to help with general immunity and it seemed to help avoid seasonal illnesses, so I was curious to try this product.Currently, I’m finding it has helped(used in-conjunction w/my regular herbal supplements for this), lesson the effects of seasonal spring allergies. I’m still occasionally sneezing, but much less and definitely seems to be keeping the possible congestion on the very light side. It’s the sinus infection that I wish to avoid and it seems to support me in this. I’ve also noticed a positive difference in my gums.😊The gel caps are small and easy to swallow. I keep them in the refrigerator with some of my other heat sensitive supplements to ensure potency. I’ve found that 2 gel caps/day is sufficient for me. I have taken other propolis gel tablets before that were totally opaque, so it's pretty interesting to see the oil and propolis inside pretty clearly.I have not seen any damaged softgels in the bottle.The serving size is 3 softgels per day but these are pretty small so it's easy to take.Overall happy with product.
