We purchased this for our lobby. We are a human services department and serve a wide range of customers (both in age and circumstances). We have adopted the Trauma Informed Care model which includes creating a safe physical environment that minimizes trauma triggers. This has had an immediate and amazing impact on the environment. We have had it set up for two days now and every customer who has come in has made positive comments and it has provided a great conversation starter for customers who are having struggles. Our staff also love it and have a great time experimenting with the color scheme. The set up was very straight forward and I was able to set I up without assistance. We did have an issue with the lights - the blue was not working. I emailed the company and got a very quick response. Before they shipped out a replacement part, the blue started to work so I told them to hold off on sending a replacement. They quickly responded and said to reach out right away if we experience another issue. Even if the blue light had not worked, it was still amazing. I highly recommend the product and the company who sells it.

Lovely tube that is relaxing to watch. We have had fish tanks in the past and wanted something that was less upkeep. It brightens up the corner of the living room. The picture was hard to capture since the light on the inside changes colors constantly. The larger objects in the picture are one of the larger 4 fish pieces or the plastic orbs that float inside.

Way to loud for people with sensory processing disorder. Very pretty visually, but too loud, and irritating for my autistic daughter. Can only take up to 5 min of being on at the time.Edited: one star only. 5 months after the purchase and we were able to keep it on for only 15 min within those 5 months. This product is NOT DESIGNED for people with sensory processing disorder. Advertising it as that is dishonest marketing trick to take advantage of autistic children and their families. Shame on you.

Took a second to figure it out how to put it together everything connects at the bottom to the tube good size sturdy does what it says

I bought this for my 2 year old with sensory problems. He loves seeing the bubbles and fish. It stopped working something to do with the tubing. I messaged company and was given a reply same day and that a new piece I needed was on the way. Great customer service, worth the extra money

We were excited to have this on display in our office. From day one the remote control did not work or communicate with the bubbler. We changed out batteries in the remote and still no communication. We reached out twice to the seller with no reply either time. Now the pump has gone out so there are no bubbles at all. I can deal with something not working as long as its fixable but to me there is NOTHING worse than purchasing an item and getting NO response whatsoever from a seller. It is a fun item but buy at your own risk.

The media could not be loaded. I was super excited to recieve this. But after opening the box there was no instructions. So I tried to figure it out on my own and I couldn't so I went the play learn.com and watched a video how to set it up and low and behold they didnt send me the hose that attaches from the pump to the actual tube it self. So I went to home depot easy enough and bought a tube that seemingly fit perfectly, installed it. And then to my suprise the bubbles wernt as small as what is displayed in other reviews or the ad it self. After messing with the air intakes tighting and loosing them. Still. Just regular bubbles come plopping up in a pillar shape instead of the haze of small carbonated bubbles going everywhere in beautiful fasion. It is still stunning how ever I am very disappointed. Not sure how to resolve this

What a piece! We got this for my special needs daughters bedroom. As a sensory child she enjoys watching the actions. Between the LEDs changing colors, the bubbles and fish, it really does wonders in entertaining her. Setup is pretty straightforward using the enclosed directions, and Collin over at customer service was able to provide prompt answers to all my questions. I would recommend getting the security bracket as well.Thank you PlayLearn for this awesome tank!
