I bought this chair after studying the online market.1. Found it easy to assemble. Just follow the manual.2. Its strong and easily takes weight of around 135 kg.3. Very comfortable for a person with normal height.4. I feel that lumbar support could have more range for adjustment - but that's just for tall people like me.Tarun from Green Soul followed up on delivery experience and issue warranty certificate which was a feel good factor.I hope I will use this chair for a long time. :-)

Everything is wholesome and good but the pretty disappointed with the lumbar support there's no mechanism or lock to fix the lumbar support in place or at a certain height. It resets itself whenever you leave the chair by sliding down and then you have to adjust the lumbar support again and again at your desired height which is a headache and complete time waste. Sitting is okay... Not fully ergonomic in design... The most disappointing part is the lumbar support thing.. which can give you some dissatisfaction with the product or serious headache if you're looking for the ergonomic support.

Its a good chair and very comfortable, perfect for long duration sitting. Its a good one for this price range. Easy to assemble and good customer support. Will recommend to buy within your budget

Not worth ...Don't buy it

It is okay and fine to use, if we lift the chair to certain height and sit on it, sometimes it goes little down and mostly it stays firm.because it is gas piston under the seat, it is common to have such issues. It fine and good for home use. Okay on considering the item

The chairs are good for the price they are at. Good lumbar support and soft and adequate sitting base. Adjustable arm rests are a bonus.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered the 3.5k chair before this and there was some noise while reclining so I returned and order this one. Chair comes half assembled, all you have to do is just put the wheel base, hydraulic and back rest. Very simple to do.I encountered a small issue of wheels making noise while moving which was immediately resolved by the support team. They sent me a new wheel base which is smooth, soft and doesn't make any noise.I am quite happy with this product. It's relaxing, back rest is good, easy to move around. If there are any issues with noise, the team will help you resolve it on priority.I was reluctant to order chair online but with the support I think there is no issue whatsoever.3 years warranty is an add on advantage.Support : 10/10Easy to assemble: 10/10Comfort: 9/10
