Worth the splurge.
This thing is work every penny. It catches so much crap at our entryway. I didn't even notice until I stopped to clean it out one day and WOW so much in there that I didnt see because it wasn't all over my front hall! Also a life saver for kids, spouses and pets coming in with snowy feet. The deep rim catches a TON of water and traps it before it makes a mess on the floor.

A very good mat
This is the best mat ever. We used it under a cat litter box to catch litter. It worked for that. The cat has passed, and this year we used it on the front porch for the snow. Very heavy & industrial.
