Yes, battery consumption is not good. With BT on (AOD off) the watch was using about 15-20% just sitting idle overnight. Not good. I turned off BT overnite and it used 4% in about 8 hrs, much more in line with what it should be. If you can turn off BT periodically you will see a big battery improvement. It's not a perfect solution but these devices are still in developmental infancy. With it's faults it's still a technological marvel. As a kid I recall seeing Dick Tracy talking into his 2-way wrist radio wondering when we would have that. About 70 years give or take.

Compact, elegant and stylish

Like the watch, it works well with my S10 phone. The battery lasts a little more than one day. Trying to find a wall charger to plug in the wall that fits the cable charger is frustrating. Chatted with a Samsung tech and they did not know. Sent me the wrong one. Good thing it works with my wall plug for my S10 or it would be dead.

I did not think I would return to wearing a wrist watch but this watch can do everything my phone can. I am no longer slaved to my phone. I can answer calls, reply to texts, listen to music, check on my health - I can do so much more than just look at the time.

I have wanted this specific watch for a very long time now, so when I found this incredible deal here at Amazon, I simply could not pass it by. I have always been an iOS user, but I prefer the Samsung Galaxy watch to the Apple watch hands down. I love the rotating bezel and hope Samsung will return to it in their future editions. The shipping was very fast, the watch works perfectly and I could not possibly be more pleased. For these reasons and more, I would highly recommend this watch and this seller to others. This watch is indeed the perfect birthday gift for me and would be the perfect gift for any occasion IMHO!

Beautiful watch and set up was fairly easy for a tech challenged person like myself. The band is much softer than expected and I was pleasantly surprised. Really sleek and clean style. I feel so much safer with the SOS fall app!

I had high hopes for this watch after reading all of the good reviews but I was mislead by Amazon when they had a minimum requirement of Android 6.0 for the phone that the watch is connected to. My husband and I each have a Samsung Galaxy phone with Android 7.0 and all of the health functions (and some other functions) on this watch require something higher than Android 7.0. I spent days trying to figure out why we were not getting all of the function graphs and data on our phones. The watch kept saying "open on phone" and then "could not open app on phone". I had to find out by myself online that most of the apps require a higher OS than ours. I did not figure in the cost of new phones to be able to use these watches! Also, the battery life is terrible. The step count is not accurate because the watch needs to be on the charger twice a day. I bought 2 of these watches. One for myself and one for my husband. We considered them to be birthday presents to ourselves. My husband found a setting called "watch only" to save on battery life and I said oh boy, we paid $300 each for a watch only. Be aware that you need a newer phone to be able to use these watches.
