Seems good value until you need support
Printer works well for simple prints but have not been able to get it to print UV or security layer despite using the right (and more expensive) ribbon. Neither the seller nor the manufacturers responded to the support tickets. However the seller did keep calling me for a while trying to sell me extra stuff. When asked about the issue they kept saying “I’ll get someone to call you back”. Alas no one ever did. .
