She paints a detailed picture of pain and suffering and the consequences that are possible if you're not willing to imagine, hopefully, a realm of possibility where you can grow from your own inner strength, once you find it, nurture it and bring it out of the shadows, to be shared, loved and celebrated in the beauty of a new light.

This collection of poems really speaks to those who are going through a difficult time and/or experiencing loneliness. Some are short, some longer but all are beautifully written and they capture the emotions I am feeling as I go through a healing process.

I’ve been trying to get back to reading and nothing grabs my attention but this is one of the best poetry books
