Update: I bought this originally because I needed tummy control after 2 pregnancies. I definitely recommend sizing up. The small was so tight it made me sick one night and I had to take it off. The medium fit perfectly. I was a size 6 in jeans typically. It does roll up too high like most things but I'm able to keep it just below my bra, or tuck my bra over it.As of 2022 I had a tummy tuck and I'm still wearing the one I bought in 2016 for after-surgery care. I was originally wearing a medical binder but after a month I got to switch to the Spanx. I've been wearing and washing it daily and it's held up great. It's been nice during the summer so although it is a second layer under a dress or shirt/jeans, it's easily the lightest version you're going to find. I'm a solid size 4 now and the medium is still the best. This has been a great purchase!

Wow! I love these spanks sooo much! This was the first time ever purchasing Spanks and they did not disappoint. I have them on in this photo and they stayed up all night. The quality was wonderful, they look and fit like underwear but smooth your shape out. The spanks are supportive so everything stays in place. They are lightweight and don’t feel uncomfortable with them on. This was great value for the money and highly recommend!

These spanks "Sculpt" - which means they are lighter material and don't shape as much as the regular spanks 'power' shorts. They are definitely more comfortable and obviously smooth out your bulges from hips to the rib cage. But they are not really going to hold anything in. The only issue I had was the top band and rubberize strip were very narrow and have a tendency to roll down (which may be seen under a tight blouse/top). Would be nice if this band was wider.

After wearing these for a while they are still holding up good. My only complaint is that they roll down. They don't stay over your tummy and help to hold it in.All day long I keep having to unroll them and pull them back up over my tummy just to have them roll back down again. I wish they would stay up and not keep rolling down because that isn't giving me the support or the flat belly that I'm looking for.

Wow. Spanx used to be amazing, but the quality has gone waaaaaay down. You may as well buy control top panty hose. These do not suck you in, you can't not wear them under anything form fitting, and they roll down. Save yourself some money and skip these.

Perfect for when you are looking for cleaner body lines when dressing up or even under jeans. Loved how easily this fit and was very easy to wear with pants, skirt or dress. No lines show through and comfortable to wear. True to size and would definitely purchase again.

I ordered a size smaller than what was recommended and it was perfect. I am 5’8 and weigh 170 pounds. I’m built like an egg on toothpicks. I wear a size 10 in pants and Amazon recommended a large. I went with the Medium instead. They were snug, but they did the job.

It is lightweight and it does smooth everything out. It also fits true to size; however, I just tried it on for about five minutes and it was rolling down from the top. Because it does that it really accentuates any back fat.
