Well made, solid construction
I have lots of equipment from years of brewing and distilling. I have gotten rid of more things than most casual/hobbyists will ever acquire. That is to say, I have bought good stuff and bad stuff -- and know the difference.This is a solid piece of equipment that I have used dozens of times over the last year and am pleased with its thickness and its quality construction.Sanitary connectors are welded cleanly and the top fits snugly ... with time I will replace a gasket ... but then return to perfect usefulness.I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5 because the main ball-valve that was included with the kettle is not of similar quality -- though easily replaced ... but It started leaking after only a couple uses.
