Comfort!
The media could not be loaded. Pros:- Super comfortable, I've been using this chair for over a month now and the comfort is good.- I am 5'8, the head support fits my head perfectly. Even 6 foot person and alil above will have good head support- Hand cushion is an additional comfort here- For this price point, this product beats the competition- Roller movement is smooth. Quality is really good and weighs moderate.Cons:- who ever buys should know that that the seat and back support is a single piece. You cannot just move just the back part alone. Whole seat goes back.- Due to the above reason you cannot go push back too much. It goes like 30 40 degree tilt.

Comfortable, aesthetic and plush
Liked the design and look, esp the back support. Order delivered on time in good condition. But my requirement was a chair with an extra height. Connected with Support number and connected with Darshana of beAAtho. She advised me to purchase a longer 120mm Hydraulic, a customized one. The standard heigt of hydraulic is 100mm. This would increase the height by about 3 inches. The dismantling process was well explained in a video link sent. It has been done today. The problem has be resolved at an additional cost of Rs. 500/- charged for the new hydraulic. The device got delivered promptly. My only wish is that it should have been given free as a matter of customer service. Else my problem stands resolved and I am writing this review from the cozy comfort of my new chair.

Broke within a month
The chair broke within a month, the quality of the chair is very bad the stitching was not proper, I didn't notice since I bought for office use. But then suddenly the tilt mechanism broke and the chair started tilting to one side, further the hydraulics were making sound as well and it was dangerous. I get it the price was cheap, but if the hydraulics fail, we may fall off the chair or the hydraulics will get through the cushion and it's utterly dangerous. So, please check the quality before buying.
