Gran elección de chaleco si quieres iniciar a correr con peso, estéticamente se ve lindo, trae un espacio para el teléfono y en la parte de atrás una “red” para llaves y el relleno del peso es como de “arena” entonces no hace tanto ruido al correr. El único contra es que si corres con una blusa de tela delgada lastima la zona del hombro (por la fricción) pero se soluciona corriendo con sudadera.

Smaller frame ladies you will need pads for ur shoulders or else. Nice vest, weight equally distributed. However, I can only use it for walking. As an example I’m 5.2” & 131 lbs. vest sits on my frame just fine (with addition of shoulder pads/couple of kitchen towels rolled & place under bra strap) but can’t run, bend or throw punches for practice because it will move around and the 20 pound weight will knock u to the ground. Guys should be ok as they are much stronger with more muscle on their shoulders for padding. Overall good buy, use it every day for my 10kms walks.

I'm a small female and this was way heavier than I expected it to be. I weigh about 110 lbs, and I ordered the 20lb pack, which is about 20% of my body weight. Know that the weight while it may seem small online, actually is a significant amount when worn on your body.I have worn this every day since I got it for a vigorous 30 minute walk around my neighborhood and I can feel the difference in my health already. My legs are certainly getting a good work out in.It's very comfortable and the pockets on the back (and the attachable Velcro pocket) are convenient. Only downside is that I wish it had a mesh pocket on one of the front straps instead, as I don't like having something on my back inaccessible and the attachable pocket is slightly uncomfortable when worn on the chest strap. Also the straps are in the right places on the chest as not to be annoying, uncomfortable, or in the way (even without a supportive bra on).I looked at many other vests, and found this one was one of the most reasonably priced for the quality. I do wish it was slightly adjustable in weight, but that's usually pretty rare to find in a vest like this. Seems like the material is long lasting, but I will provide an update on that after wearing it for longer.
