As per my Doctors instructions I purchased the proper sized one for me and sadly I cannot use it. I've had Rotator Cuff Surgery and it bears down too hard on the top of my shoulders and causes me a huge amount of discomfort. I was however in the time that I tolerated having it on could see how it would indeed aid in correcting poor posture. So, If my Rotator Cuff issue corrects and stops hurting (It's been nearly 8 months) I'll happily wear it, but maybe it's just too soon for me.

This seemed to be very very comfortable and perfect except for the sizing my child is only 8 years old but more on the thicker side and this doesn't fit properly at ALL for children of different shape and sizes

This is the best back brace that I’ve tried out so far. It’s much sturdier than others since the back portion is a solid “panel structure” rather than simply a thicker piece of fabric. Also, the straps sit very comfortably on shoulder-feels exactly like putting on and wearing an empty backpack (but lighter and stays in place). Definitely recommend this over any of the flimsy fabric ones. I felt like those acted more like a reminder to pull back/down shoulders and straighten my back, but didn’t physically facilitate better posture. This one actually helps me in correcting my posture and then maintaining.

I found them to be so uncomfortable, that I could not keep this on for more than a few minutes. If you want to rig some padding under the straps, that might solve the problem. But, hey, you just paid to have a product you can wear comfortably, right? I would have to suggest passing on this one unless you are up for modifying it.

This is a great product for helping improve my son’s posture. I get him to wear it about 1-2 hours everyday and it quickly has helped. When he doesn’t wear it he knows how to hold his shoulders. We will keep using this to train those muscles.

This does not hold your shoulders back. Have to keep readjusting.
