Look is great but working is good. Size also good to easily hold the agarbattis.

I have a locally bought unit that is a little shorter than the Sandalum agarbatti we use, so I had to keep top open. This is taller than old one and tube uses thicker metal than older one. But base is very flimsy in this one and wobbly due to improper welding maybe. Top is also flimsy but that doesn't affect usability. Installation gap are big, agarbatti stands tilted and touchesthe tube. I have straightened it and put used sticks so that single agarbatti can stand straight. Will flatten with pliers maybe. Came wrapped in styrofoam sheet and Amazon plastic bag. Thankfully not damaged.Thanks to the seller and Amazon anyways since this came from some distant place and the price was much lesser than most listings and similar to local shop price maybe. Will use after some DIY fix for the issues mentioned.

Product is good and very useful for Pooja rack.

This product is good for office or home we can light the incense stick and be free of the thought that it might cause fire or create dirt because of ashes. The holes help the constant flow of the odour and smoke. It's very handy.

It is very poor quality- the foot of not stable. When we put stick in the holder it touches the cover with holes and it turns off the stick which we are placing inside. This product is not at useful

Finishing is very poor with lot of sharp edges which can cause cuts while removing and cleaning
