I bought this Karaoker player about a month ago, it have been working well. Easy to find songs locally or in the cloudy for downloading, tone changes and other function worked flawlessly. It was very easy to set up and fun to play.Recently I had few questions to ask the customer service. Once I left the message, I got response very quickly like within a day. Service person Mr. Chen not only answered all my questions but also went extra miles to guide me through several features in the player and taught me how to navigate and use them. Very satisfied.I was again very happy to learn about them since I did not know yet those features.Again, I highly recommend.

The unit is easy to be installed by myself and working very well with both touch screen or cell phone. However, after I have the touch screen setting changed from 960 to 1920 the touch screen is no more work. I get support from WeChat Anson218 very soon after I report the problem. And the solution is very simple by using my USB mouse to replace the touch screen such that the rate is easy to be changed back to 960, then evrything is working now. Thanks for the qick and nice support.

Update July 23rd***I finally got a response through whatsapp and they provided many other methods to reach back out (via wechat and email because they have to VPN for whatsapp)... they shared some tips that I'll have to try with uploading more songs via USB... more to come! 👍🏻Original review***It amazes me how everyone says in their review how great the customer service is, but I've tried to contact the seller through Amazon and even reached out via whatsapp, and still have not heard anything from them. Anyway, despite the lack of support (which luckily I didn't need to operate or plug in the system, more just additional questions...) I am enjoying the system.Pros:- not your elementary (those systems that are very weak, with the tower and then the short cable mics with terrible speakers LOL) karaoke system- plenty of old/classics songs in Cantonese and Mandarin ^_^- easy to set up despite the intimidating multiple equipment and many cables/cordsCons:- images/videos from older stuff (understandably) is not very good to see on our larger, more advanced screens (as in they are super pixelated, or fuzzy, or stuttering images)- lack of customer service/support (for me)Pointers:- I got a nice set of studio monitor speakers system that allowed me to avoid getting an amplifier/receiver- They have many of the popular singers/groups (remember, this is from China, so for us Americans here searching for your common artists/groups like Chicago, Queen, Journey, etc. you need to look under foreign men or women, or groups LOL) but they don't have an abundant amount of songs from them. As in, there's no Bohemian Rhapsody under Queen, but they have a few other songs... Luckily, I figured out how to just play music from YouTube. That's super nice because now your collection has become UNLIMITED!! however, you cannot separate digital/analog/music/singing when you're streaming from YouTube.- I got the 8T just in case but I'm not sure if I need it now because I'm not sure where I would go to download more songs if they don't exist in the current database?? They said there is an opportunity to plug in a USB to upload songs, but... where shall I find those songs to begin with? I haven't tried this function (and was part of the questions I asked help for) so if I hear back maybe I'll update my review.- I got the professional version so there's a total of 4 pieces of equipment; they're all very nice so far and I haven't had any issues or felt like they were incompetent at their job... my husband said, "this is totally overkill for our household use" ahahahahahahaha~~ BUT HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TERRIBLE THE ONES FOR THE CHILDREN ARE...Overall, I know that I will get great use out of this system even though it's definitely not cheap! but you can tell it's solid and as long as the cloud and operation system stays up, maybe it will last forever?! perhaps I'll update again later in a few months or a year ;)**please pardon the many cables in the photos; just plugged it in so I need to figure out how to tidy that space up :P

This is a great Karaoke player. You can pretty find any song on the player. Some of them are not stored in the player but it took only a few seconds to download from the Cloud. Also, shipping was fast. Even though it was shipped from China, it took less than week to arrive. The seller was also very helpful in case you run into any problems setting it up. Highly recommended!

They won’t refund my money, the product has issues. It’s defective and we try solving the issue still did not work. The screen gives out a message the module and disk is empty. You can’t even into the system. I’m having terrible experience. I purchased a machine that doesn’t work is sitting my living taking up space.

Works out of the box. Easy to set up. Customer service was very responsive and helped resolve some issue that turned out to be from our speakers. Overall very happy and enjoying it at home!

Come with system setup guide and it's easy to setup! Very easy to use, so nice service. This karaoke equipment set very good for family, save money compare to the other product, very value for get it. My family and my friends all like it so much. Would definitely recommend this.!

We bought it few months ago and the product is very nice, but somehow not sure why the songs didn't really update monthly as we thought it's automatically update end of the month every month. But so far, it's a good one and we are keep using it.
