I bought this to carry fresh baby milk bottle on the go to later warm up. I put an ice block inside with the refrigerated milkā¦. And yogurt. keeps it very cold for a few hours.Mum life lesson: you can make your baby a bottle of milk and chill in the fridge. When you go out you can keep it in an insulated bag (like this one) with an ice block for up to 4 hours. Just warm it when needed within this time frame. This has saved me so many times.
