Good product with horrible support and customer service
Flo has always been in market with good product and a good warranty. I don't think any other company is offering 5 years warranty on Memory Foam pillows. The product is height adjustable which is added +ve. But here ends the goody goody story. Now the cons part to follow1) Sent me a pillow which was received in open box seal. When raised with the customer support team, they went unresponsive. Finally had to escalate it to Amazon and some other channels to get it sorted out.2) Replacement is done on pickup first and then shipment of new product. They don't work on the policy of pickup on delivery of replacement product. Maybe they don't trust their customers3) Not to take names, but some senior people in the organization think they are doing some favor to you by replacing their product which was sent in open box condition4) Why they offer replacement only via Amazon, but if you buy through their own website its not replaceable5) Though I got it replaced, but I will never return to this brand again

Smooth and comfy
Really a stress reliever while on sleep, no back ache or neck pain and very comfortable to lie our head. The foam inside really structures as per our head and neck and gives added comfort.
