The mouse was not good. After I opened the battery cover,It became very loose and couldn’t cover the battery part. I returned the product back.

I received a broken keyboard (K key is broken). The mouse doesn't work at all. The USB dongle was lying around in the packaging instead of being in its place in the keyboard battery compartment. Looks like I was sent a used or returned item. I am going to return it immediately.

The product was easy to use and ergonomic design made it more better.

Keyboard has a full num pad, love that. keyboard supports Mac or PC (I am writing this based on my use with mac). I legitimately love the keyboard. My only complaint with the keyboard is that there is no command button on the right side, which I now realize I use a lot. There is no lag on the keyboard or mouse that I have seen. THE MOUSE scroll wheel does squeak incessantly and doesn't provide a smooth scroll, it's jerky due to the actual hardware design of the wheel . Additionally, when dragging a scroll bar left or right, and don't go in a perfectly horizontal line, it drops the bar and picks up the new item it is on. HOWEVER, the saving grace for that dysfunction is that if you hit shift and scroll, it will horizontally scroll with the wheel. nice. Clearly I gave the thing 4 stars, so these issues are annoying at worst. The quality is excellent and it gets the job done! doesn't feel cheap, the weight is just right (with batteries), the design is sleek and attractive. I just don't like the scroll wheel on the mouse and one time it got under my skin so badly that I banged it on the desk a bit... It didn't fix it.

I ordered this for a home office. It is definitely adequate, but not super. Personal preference, but I feel like the keys are too close together. But, it is quiet keying as promised. The mouse requires a hard, intentional click to get it to act, I'm hoping this breaks in with use. The battery door on the back of the mouse really took some working to get it to stay closed. I think the manufacturer knows this is an issue because they give you a welcome email email after you order with a warning that upon receipt that if the battery door wont stay closed, you have not seated the batteries correctly. After messing with it for about an hour and a half and seating/reseating the batteries, it stays closed. But, definitely a manufacturers defect that they need to fix and already seem to be aware of. I'm not sure if it will happen every time I change the batteries; but since it is closed now, I'm not going to mess with it. Overall - it sounds like a bad review - but its not. I'm happy enough to keep the product because overall it is a nice keyboard/mouse. But, there can be some improvements. So, I marked it a 4, not a 5. It is certainly an adequate product.
