Very Sturdy
I have a back injury and I cannot endure a fall. This safety ladder is very useful to me around the house. I have already cleaned my gutters and trimmed several trees.Bad setup instructions, but very easy to assemble. It comes partially assembled already.Very sturdy and safe. Quality product, but I was shorted two bolts. No big deal.

Sturdy!
Shipping took way too long and one of the hand rails is bent. Otherwise pretty awesome stairs. Easy to move around and very sturdy while I'm carrying parts up to our loft area.

I ordered a 600 pound capacity ladder. I received a 450 pound one. This 450 pound Ladder is not as strong as was advertised. Missing two bolts.

Good Quality and very sturdy.
We love our ladder. Went together relatively well. We were short 2 bolts and nuts. Thats why a 4 star. It makes me feel safe. Very study and good quality.
