Great for sensitive skin
I love this moisturizer. I got it for a kill deal for 40% off on prime day. I have extremely dry, eczema prone skin and I use this in combination with the Dr Different retinal cream and I wake up with glowing skin. I previously have had bad reactions with retinal, but this product helps my skin to stay calm and glowing. I absolutely will be repurchasing this product.

For oily skin?
No issues, but this doesn't feel very moisturizing to me. I have normal-dry skin. The cream is thick but feels somehow dry. There's barely any smell. It came in a sealed box, and there was a foil seal on the tube. It's a little pricey at $48.

Leaves Skin Feeling Soft & Smooth
A very nice moisturizer that leaves the skin feeling very soft and smooth to the touch. It does so without leaving any oily or greasy residuals along the surface of the skin. Seems to be quite clean and as though it would be safe and good for many with sensitive skin, though I don't know about those with any sort of metal allergies. Because it contains metal, I was a bit reluctant to try this. I don't have any metal allergies, but it just seemed a bit odd to me. Then I thought about the benefits of things like colloidal silvers and golds. Maybe it does the same. That, I don't know. It's been totally fine on my skin.Though this does provide me with a lot of moisturization, I can't say that I've seen it do a whole lot for the lines on my face. Helpful, but not as diminishing as I expected. It's the moisturization and incredibly soft skin that I really like. Love that it contains centella asiatica extract which I've found to be very good for my mature combination skin. Helps to prevent my skin from breaking out and leaves it nice and clean.

Great for the face, as well as dried out hands.
My skin has been so dry this winter, just like it is every year. So, every winter I struggle with my face feeling dried out, and my knuckles being so dry that they crack and bleed. I have bought so many expensive products to help out my hands.Upon opening this cream, and applying it to my face, I noticed that it takes a few minutes to absorb into the skin, but it does not feel oily. My skin feels very soft and elastic. My face felt so good, that I went ahead and applied a small amount to my knuckles on each hand. My hands feel so good. Even after washing them multiple times, they still feel really good. The box has a multi color, safety seal on it. There is also a seal underneath the lid. I like that the bottle is not metal, so that it doesn’t continue to squeeze out on its own. I have no idea what the expiration date is on it, nor do I have any information on the manufacturing date. The smell of the cream is so faint, that I don’t even notice it.So, I am using this moisture once a day on my face, as well as once a day on my hands. The dried out tight feeling in my face is gone. (Most moisturizers do fine with that). However, the cracking and bleeding on my hands is gone. This is one cream that I am going to hang onto, use sparingly on my knuckles, and not tell my kids about it, so that they don’t borrow it.

Great for Calming Skin and Improving Overall Appearance
This cream has some wonderful ingredients that are great for acne-prone and sensitive skin that gets inflamed easily. Not only that, but this cream contains some amazing things that help with aging skin. Gluconolactone has the same benefits as AHAs but without the irritation that can come with using AHAs. Madecassoside, while super awesome for wound healing and anti-inflammatory benefits, has also shown promise as an anti-aging cream by increasing collagen production, especially when combined with vitamin c so I've been applying this cream over my vitamin c serum. I then apply a moisturizing cream over top of that. In the summer I may skip the third step since I live in a pretty humid climate and the vitamin c followed by the cica metal cream will probably be enough hydration. While I don't have many breakouts, I have noticed that I have even fewer now and the breakouts I do have are small and seem to heal quickly. I've also noticed that my skin looks and feels plumper and more evenly toned. I can't wait to see what continued use brings.Highly recommended!

Creamy
I didn't notice a scent to the cream. The cream was thick and creamy. It smoothed on easily and left my skin feeling soft and smooth. The creamy was hydrating but didn't leave my skin greasy or tacky. This cream was perfect for the cold weather and left my skin feeling so soothe and pampered.

It's a very nice cream
I'm torn on this, because I find this to be a quite nice cream, but the price is high. I have been using it as a moisturizer before bed. It feels too heavy to use in the daytime (especially since you'd need an SPF on top of it) but if you had really sensitive or dry skin conditions, it could be good daytime too. Or in middle of winter, it would act as a pretty nice barrier when outside. All of the active ingredients are well-supported as having antioxidant and even astringent efficacy (e.g. zinc). It's a nice thick cream that you can indeed apply sparingly, so the tube does go a long way. Has just a trace (trace!) light scent that might be related to the actual ingredients, will not at all linger. I support the cream as a nice product but I took a perusal around the internets as to other creams with similar active ingredients (at least the Madecassoside) and I find a huge array of prices, from about $15-$75. Might be worth trying a cheaper version (I see reputable brands like La Roche-Posay coming in with a balm at just $16). I'm sorry to Dr. Different if this Cica Metal Cream actually costs close to $50 to manufacture.

Good moisturizer
I have to say, this cream does moisturize very well. I have used it on my face, hands, and legs. My legs get especially dry, more so after shaving them. Usually the creams and lotions I use, I can put them on several times a day and it seems like it doesn't do much. I put this on my legs once after shaving, and my legs felt moisturized and didn't look dry or seem to need reapplication. That is rare for me. There is no scent that I can smell. When I put it on my face, it did not burn or irritate it, even with my sensitive spots. This cream is a definite one to add to your routine as it truly does moisturize your skin for a good long time.
