Not very straight forward to tune in but great picture and sound it has just frozen once so I switched it off and on and it was fine

Bought this for my bathroom and picture quality is great it worked fine on Wifi but I have wired an ethernet to the unit., the sound is a little tinny due to the speakers on the side of the TV that is sank in a wall so to be expected I guess, Ive bought a small amp and some speakers for the ceiling which work a treat from the 3.5mm audio out jack. I did try a Bluetooth speaker but was sync issue, cant comment if was speaker issue or the TV but thought Id mention it.For some reason I couldn't get Netflix to update but not a huge issue as I always planned to use a fire stick that worked a treat.

The originl tv that was sent out was terrible.... this seller was great at getting back and resolving the issue i had and sent out a new updated version which is now great.... thank ypu so much guys

Terrible tv the sound quality is poor I’ve had to buy a Bluetooth speaker for a further £250 off Amazon and then the TVs Bluetooth doesn’t connect so I’ve had to take it out of the clients house who I’ve charged and send it back to Amazon still haven’t heard anything from Amazon Over 3 weeks terrible product and terrible service upto now everything about the tv is cheap the remote also hardly worked hadTo be right in front of the tv pointing it towards about a metre a away pay extra for other tv

Really good sound and picture quality highly recommend

The product was difficult to install, scan for UK channels, getting support of the company was difficult. Eventually I managed to get it installed. It was long after it started to turn it self off straight away. In the end the product would switch on despite the power light being on and new batteries in the remote controls.

Great TV. Old operating system on it, 2021? Model. However it does work. Be cautious about remote, dropped in warm water and the side peeled off whilst in the water, it did reseal once dryed out, and still works. It is not fitted in a recess, sound is good, it is also paired with a bluetooth speaker which works well. Other than old operating system and remote issue, happy with the purchase.

This TV is great and comes with a decent bracket. I bought a separate waterproof box to put the power supply in, since the one provided has quite a short cable and extensions aren't generally rated at 5A. I also bought a D-Line mini-trunking kit to hide the cable away.Once VLC is installed, a USB drive can be used to play just about anything and ability to use a Bluetooth speaker is very handy (even if the sound does sometimes get out of sync, as mentioned by another reviewer).Its main weakness, however, is having an old version of Android. Apps like All4 are permanently shown but do not work. There are also Chinese-language apps, etc, that cannot be removed from the main menu. Netflix currently works well for me, but I expect it will stop working once the version becomes too old to be supported.
