A shaky hand
Sufficient. First and foremost it’s functional. That being said for the price it provides value and is convenient however the quality of the respective kit leaves more to be desired. For starters the assembly of the pencil is flimsy and quite lightweight putting the durability in question. The additional contents are quality for the price. Alum and quite rigid. Great for starters but I’d recommend investing in an additional pencil.

Low quality METRIC set
Screws were loose and some lost. Leads for the compass were broken and there was only one extra which also broke. The measuring pieces of the set are all metric. The mechanical pencil that came with the set also stopped working during the first use. The lead doesn't extend when you click. Overall I'm sorry I bought this.

Screws do not stay tight. End pieces are easily lost.
We thought this would be a great set for school but the screws do not stay tight and pieces are constantly being lost. We understand why they sent extras. It's a design flaw. It needs a locking washer behind the screw so it doesn't come off. Maybe that should be incorporated into their design. Looking for something better that's made in the US.

Happy with product but not packaging
Broken case and pieces all jumbled up inside, but that could have been during shipping. However, the compasses do not come preassembled, and since the case was damaged we lost a screw. No instructions with set. The instruments seem durable enough but overall... would not buy again.
