C'est une très belle lampe que je voulais placer sur la table du patio lors des belles soirées d'été. Le problème est que le réservoir d'huile fuit.

This is not useful as an actual anchor lantern, but it is beautiful. I purchased this for an actual ocean going vessel and was disappointed in the craftsmanship. The glass is not a real Fresnel lens and the lamp is delicate and not at all secure in the base. In a rough anchorage, expect to have oil on the foredeck at a minimum.

Upper portion discolored with heat, the logo on the top melted off first light. The whole thing is skewed and it is not centered. It is a solid ok. I will continue to use it however it would have been nice to have a straight not melted lantern.

I was exited to receive the lamps ( I ordered two), they were beautiful, I couldn't wait to have them on our outdoor dining table. Well, five minutes into our dinner the top of the lamp collapsed extinguishing the flame. Our dining experience went dark. So, if you want to use this lamp for decoration go ahead and order it, it is gorgeous. But I would not advise to purchase it and use it as a outdoor light fixture as some of the materials used to hold the lamp together are not meant to withstand high temperatures. Thus, I had to return the lamps. There was no problem with the return and/or refund.

These are very nice lanterns, but they are falsely advertised. The heading indicates 14 inches tall and they measure less than 12 inches and that to the top of the hanger. I complained and they give me a discount of $15.00 per lamp or I could go thru the hassle of returning. Just be aware they are much smaller than advertised.
