These are bulky and not really clear how they should be worn. Not sure which side is top or bottom. Slight discomfort when I tried D3 because D1 felt too loose, however there was some discomfort so could not wear these every night. I however felt a bit of shift in the right direction since I lost original retainers.

This product said it would help with mild teeth issues, I’ve got a slight gap at my front teeth so thought I’d give them ago. They come in 3 different sizes all clearly marked 1st 2nd 3rd so tried the 1st, it was a nice tight fit used for 15mins the 1st time then when to use it the second time would fight was way to big, so I tried the 2nd thinking that would be smaller, nope that was bigger also so tried the 3rd same again way to big. Got in contact with the seller, they suggested putting them in hot water……so I tried that still no good, so if you’re thinking of buying these I’d stay well clear…..I wish there was reviews before I bought these then I wouldn’t of bought them!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this retainer is amazing! I’ve only had it for a week, and I’m already seeing results. It’s comfortable, effective, and has saved me thousands compared to traditional treatments. Highly recommended!!

I have an overbite issue and i bit my tongue when i clenched my jaw while sleeping. I wore it last night and it help alot and also i did notice a slight difference in my overbite. It hurts when it starts to push the crooked tooth back slowly my teeth hurt like when you have braces done.

I have a small mouth so i found these big and clumsy. My husband who's got the mouth the size of Yarmouth found these just right. Felt very rubbery plastic in your mouth to.

I have been using it for almost half a month, it is very suitable for my teeth, the teeth have been improved very well, I will continue to use it, looking forward to the changes it brings to me

Too big! One of the mouth guard was twisted and I couldn’t even put it in my mouth. There are too big either way and it doesn’t do anything. Don’t buy!
