Very difficult to swollen

I was nervous about taking these chelated minerals due to the fact that sometimes vitamins affect the pharmaceuticals that I'm on. So I started out by just taking one pill during the week to see how my body reacted and it was good. So then I up'd it to two pills a week. And now I'm on three pills a week, one every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and my body feels so much better. I would highly recommend these mineral supplements. Bluebonnet is a clean company and your body absorbs the pill due to their processing. I don't overdo vitamins or minerals because I want my body to absorb the vitamins and minerals, not pee it out.

Chelated minerals are one of the best ways to ingest minerals necessary for optimum health. The do make a difference as proven by clinical tests are real world daily usage by actual people.

I can already tell a difference in how I feel. The only con is the size of the pill. I recommend a pill cutter.

Silicon Dioxide causes damage to the gut lining. Why in the world would they use that as a filler. Silicon Dioxide is also known as SANDPAPER. I reordered “design for health” brand. While I was waiting for that order I thought I would try one of these so I chewed it up in my mouth completely and lo and behold the entire caplet is silicon dioxide as the primary filler. This harsh abrasive long term has been shown to be inflammatory to the gut lining in mice. Big surprise.

I use this because it does not include iron. I am very iron intolerant so was so happy that Bluebonnet offers minerals without iron. In fact, 90% of the supplements I take are the Bluebonnet brand. This brand is not harsh on my stomach and is very effective.
