"Dryer" and clumpier my last two purchases. Despite being "dry" and clumpy, the taste is still superior to others I've tried.

No directions and all I get are clumps
Not sure what I am missing here because everyone is using this powder successfully. I have added it to cold water - it clumps. I have added it to hot water it clumps... What's the trick? Ended my subscription since i have so much i never use. We had butterfly pea tea in Thailand and loved it - haven't been able to replicated. Also bought to turn our lemonade a beautiful purple and yellow and purple chunks isn't cutting it.
