This was easy to install. Seems sturdy, although I'm not using it for a heavy load. The screws that anchor it into the beams above are decently long. Gave it a good tug after screwing it in and I don't think it's going anywhere anytime soon.Moved my office down to the basement. It's unfinished, with bare concrete walls. Rather than have do drill into the concrete, I figured I could find a way to suspend shelves from the exposed beams on the ceiling. This was one of the less expensive options, and matched the look of a pair of bookshelves we have down here. I bought the actual shelves at Lowes to match the wood of said bookshelves. I had to cut notches into the back because the shelves were slightly deeper than the gaps in these brackets. But it got the shelves flush against the wall, and the notches should also provide lateral support.

Purchased these brackets to support glass shelves in a modern look kitchen. They are exactly as described - sturdy and well-executed with a nicely-applied matte black paint and very cleanly ground welds and corners. These items could definitely perform as industrial chic if desired with wooden planks/boards, but are understated and let the glass and items on the shelf take center stage in my application. Update - there *is* hardware include for ceiling mounting and holding down wood shelves even in the bare bracket option. I needed slightly different connecting hardware in my application - either way, one should take care to ensure the bolts/screws/washers used for hanging these brackets are sufficiently robust for expected loads.

These look great. I bought some wooden planks and plan to stain them. I purchased 3 sets for 2 shelves. Given that they are rated to be no more than 36" apart, I put a one in the middle to lengthen them. The set with 3 brackets is in my kitchen and the set with 2 brackets is in my bathroom. They have been hung quite well, but I hired someone to do that part for me. The only thing I wish was that they came in sets of 1 or 2 (or even 3) so that I didn't have the extra bracket left over. Seems a waste.

The media could not be loaded. Well made, medium weight metal goes well with our decor. We are very pleased with our results. You will need to finish your on shelving material because the metal brackets are all that you’re ordering. They’re sturdy and well made. Recommend!

No instructions, way to few pieces of hardware. The product was incredibly heavy (in a bad way). Would not install without a professional

Fell in love with high end ceiling hung shelving, wanted to replicate the look for less and found these brackets. I customized the shelves with dado cuts and ceiling mounted into studs. Because of the length we went, those alone still had some sway so I built the supports along the wall and drilled those into studs as well. Found baskets to hang underneath to store our produce. We’ve had them hung about a year and they’re working out swimmingly!

I was very happy with my purchase.Steel frame. And love the clean lines. Direct ceiling mount with no visible brackets. Ceiling is not perfectly level so I used some small black shim for spacer.
