The Honest Company Hydrating Face + Body Lotion | Fast Absorbing, Naturally Derived, Hypoallergenic | Citrus Vanilla Refresh, 8.5 fl oz

I really love the honest company products. My daughter has really sensitve skin, lots of different products make her break out in a rash, Johnsons baby shampoo and lotions, most sunscreens, they all leave rashes on her neck and upper back. I switched to honest company and she hasn't had a problem since. The orange vanilla smell is the best, I absolutely love it. It isnt super strong, the sweet smell wont linger for long on your little one, not like Johnsons does, but that's probably also a good reason to why it doesn't irritate her skin. I reccomend if you're looking for a more natural product.

I love Honest products but I can’t take the scents. Their Almond smells like licorice and the lavender is unbearably strong. The orange is much subtler. I like it. The lotion is wonderful. I wish they’d make different scentsEdit: I realized what the scent reminds me of…orange baby aspirin.

The smell is yummy . It absorbs great. Creamy and makes your skin soft. I so far have never been dissatisfied with any HONEST products. They are clean and safe ingredients.

So let me start by saying my two favorite natural baby lotions my kids have been using for years both got discontinued this year. (*facepalm* 2020, why do you have to be like this?!) So it was time to search for a new one since we have a toddler with super sensitive skin.I am really sensitive to strong scents and I feel like every single baby lotion is lavender scented for some reason; I was super excited to find this one! I don’t like to use ‘unscented’ lotions because they usually just smell awful. Finally one that wasn’t lavender scented and it was natural! Bonus! Wrong! How do you screw up orange and vanilla so terribly?! Seriously, did the product tester have a cold the day they tested this or what?! You screwed up two of the best scents in the world! This lotion smells almost chemically like a cleaning product, not even a hint of orange or vanilla. This is why I hate buying things like this online, but covid means I can’t go to the store and test products, so it was worth a shot since I’ve heard a lot of good things about Honest Co. Seeing as how this is the first product I’ve used by them, we are not off to a good start...I will say that it does work well, it’s very light, absorbs quickly, and leaves my baby’s skin super soft but I probably won’t continue to use it based on the scent alone. The search continues...

I am not a lotion user but I am outside daily and get dry skin on arms. This product is great. Not greasy and not a big oder. Would buy again.

Went to use it as soon as I got it and opened up the lotion to smell it. I literally could smell nothing. Put some on my hands and still no smell until I put a larger amount on. I can detect a hint of citrus, but for the most part it just smells weird. The citrus scent did not last and now I just smell like this weird putty. I chose this lotion because of the ingredients and was really happy to find one with natural ingredients. I just assumed it was going to smell good, which was why I was shopping for lotion - to smell good. I usually use body oil without a scent so the driving force behind this purchase was to buy something with a good smell that was all natural. It doesn’t even smell good and what little citrus scent there is doesn’t last more than 2 seconds. I am going to keep this lotion for my feet only . I wouldn’t waste your money on this lotion. You would be better off buying unscented oil or raw shea butter.

This lotion is a bit pricy but it is clean, lightweight, and has a nice subtle smell. Have used it for a long time and haven't had any issues! Highly recommend it!

Disappointed in Honest. Nice texture, but smells like dirty socks. I mixed it with some essential oils in order to use it up. That helps.
