Simply Loved it!
Bought Luminous iCruze 3000+ to ensure continuity of power supply for life support medical equipments during power outages.I think there is no better alternative than Luminous iCruze in its category for home usage. It looks and works great!Would have been better if the company could provide installation service instead of letting the customer figure it out.The saving grace in my case was that the distributor Mr. Pawan personally went beyond his comfort zone and helped me as best as he could and got the installation done, but then I experienced the after sales service inadequacy firsthand.If anything needs improvement, it is the attitude and promptness of the service engineers who need to be trained treat customers with more responsibility.No doubt the equipment and the distributor network is good, but there is scope for improvement in the post sales services.

I ordered this invrtar because our old inverter not working properly.So I decided to buy a new inverter!But when I opened the box, I found its frontpanel broken and the top side damaged..luminous inverter is working properly good so i decided Use it as it is..But Request you give proper courier delivery next time...I don't have that much time to return and buy new items again 🙏
