First of all, it has it all. Secondly, you donut have to settle for second best. I was able to get this baby up and running with all updated drivers and synced across all my accounts in less than an hour. The keyboard feels and acts more like a real mechanical keyboard; nice tactile push and knobby soft click. I have a dell with a 15.5 inch 4k touchscreen and the 2 extra inches is what she said. I cannot tell its a 1080p screen unless my eyeball is 2 inches away from the screen. What really makes the difference is the 360hz screen; its the best for gaming. Yes colors are a little washed out and there is no HDR but that isnt the point when you are screaming at 360 frames per second. Make sure to pair it with a good lap pad like the targus chill mat. The speakers work and are very middy, not too much bass and not too much treble but good over audio. This is the mac pro eater, worth every penny and you get way more than you pay for.

So far so good, I've owned the laptop for a month now & it's been amazing! I can run any game at max specs but keep in mind it's still a laptop so it needs to run the fans on high to maintain those max graphics without overheating.I typically run games on 2nd highest graphics to reduce heat & I have my fans on medium so it's a perfect gaming experience for me. No heating issues & instant loading screens on most games.

It's a beautiful laptop extremely well designed. It unfortunately wasn't worth the price tag. The fans would randomly go into max mode while the laptop wasn't running any games or programs. It also had a few glitches during game play. The laptop didn't handle some light games. the games ran fine but the laptop seemed to be giving it all it had. Games like Dota 2, frostpunk, Subnatica, etc. My 5 year old msi laptop runs the games with less effort. Found this extremely odd. Also 3080 laptop card is overpriced and nothing special. it's more of an excuse to over charge for low performance. I think I'll look for a fair priced laptop. It's almost impossible due to price gouging and resellers but maybe I will get lucky. I made try a different brand all together. I've been a MSI fan boy but I think I'm done.

Great computer. Keyboard feels nice and I appreciate a full numpad. Some complaints are finding a good travel case that fits. Charger is massive, but appropriate for the power it has. Every game I play is silky smooth. Triple A games will make this thing WORK so make sure you ventilate it properly. Good investment for the gamer on the Go/Student/Professional.

I was really excited about this laptop. My old Asus g75 was getting too old and the time finally came for the upgrade.The machine is gorgeous and seems very well made. The super sleek smoothness of the screen simply blew me away… even though it had some backlight bleeding.But then after about a week of use, the realtek sound driver (responsible for onboard speakers and headphone jack) started randomly shutting down (disabling sound on those outputs). Only thing that would help was complete driver reinstall…. But even that lasted only a few hours.Looking it up online revealed that this is a pretty common problem with MSI laptops (apparently not just with this model).This might be a minor issue for some users, but at this price point I expected some good quality control.Had to return this laptop. Giving it two stars, since even though it looks like a very solid build, such issues are inexcusable for the price.

Been running this for about 3 weeks with no issues. Windows updates did some spooky stuff but that had nothing to do with the machine. All my apps installed and ran without issue. War Thunder which crashed my Alienware R1 constantly runs very fast and with no issues. The graphics and sound are excellent. I put a 1TB NVMe P5 in the 2nd slot and it is working fine. You must break the paper seal to access the last screw in the case. You also need a pick to pry the bottom off which has a whole bunch of plastic panel clips which I'm guessing can be broken easily.

I have no idea what went wrong. The only operation was steam updating a game. Nothing more and I noticed smoke rising. I shut off immediately and inspected. The pics is what I found. Doesn’t make sense.

I got this to play with my 40gm mods folder for sims 4 and it works wonders no lag runs smooth process fast even while on the internet watching YouTube at the same time. Guarantee over kill
