Great product for stomach issues
I have been weaning myself off Omeprazole for acid reflux, and read that this product helps with stomach upset from increased acid production. I take two capsules with about 8 oz. of water 2 hours after a meal (it didn't work as well for me if I take it with a meal - I think the healing aspects for your stomach are better if your stomach is empty when you take this product). It calms everything down in my gut like magic! I am able to sleep all night without propping myself up on pillows. I am amazed, and recommend this product.

Excellent and Gentle fibre supplement
We use this to supplement Oxypowder and a magnesiumComplex supplement for keeping good bowel elimination. The combination with the other two works very well. Slippery Elm is a gentle fiber supplement.
