It broken after only 5 times use!
The machine won’t open anymore after only 5 times use within a week. The seller replied my message in Italian which I have to translate by myself. And they said my machine was in descaling model and ask me to see the instructions. However I read the instructions very carefully and I’m 100% sure the machine is broken. I don’t know if that’s related to the cheaper price?I was trying to return the item however it costs more than £20 to ship from UK. I don’t think I should pay this shipping fee by myself for a broken machine. I’m happy to return the item if they can cover the shipping fee.Therefore I have requested a refund. It’s really not a pleasant experience.

Mums machine it’s getting older
The coffee is great, although I really feel bad about the plastic capsules they just go in the bin and are not very environmentally sound. The machine after 2yr looks marked and has a crack develop on the top lever. It’s not easy to clean the bin marks inside. I feel the cartridge barely makes half a cup but I guess that’s espresso. For the price I would not buy mostly as I would choose eco caps.

Poor quality despite tasty coffee
The media could not be loaded. Machine is pretty cheap feeling. Looks ok. Illy coffee is delicious so really wanted to like this but pods get stuck and drip water everywhere after use. The two buttons produce the same sized coffee. Not a good machine.
