I have short hair so I used way less conditioner than the line. I added 8 drops after warming it a little by rubbing the bottle in my hands. First time using and I assume the color will get richer after several uses.

Omg I love how my hair turned out. Going silver/gray can be so damaging to the hair since the hair needs to be super light. I’ve used T18 before and I don’t like the chemical smell it leaves behind. This product I was able to achieve the color, it’s not a harsh chemical, and I’m able to leave it on for a long time since I mixed it with a hair mask.

Followed all the instructions to a T.Knew I had put a leave-in conditioner on my hair the night before, so before even doing a test strand, I washed & dried my hair.Did the test strand, didn't see any change at all, thought, "Well, I just didn't put enough drops in." (Which was 2 drops for 2 ounces of conditioner.) So, I mix up a big batch. Fill their bowl to the fill line with conditioner, add, what felt like... A LOT of product. Lol. We're talking - 6 pipettes. Not DROPS. But full droppers. (And I'll come back to an issue with this in a sec.) ... Mix it up, apply it thoroughlybto dry hair. With a brush. Section by section. Allowed it to sit for an HOUR. Rinse with lukewarm water... Blow it dry. Yikes. Such a minute difference I feel like I've just wasted 2 hours of my life. 🥲 And I had HIGH hopes for this product! Loved the idea that I got to control the amount of color... But... Yeah. Lackluster results unfortunately.And the issue with the dropper/liquid is... That the bottle only seems to be about 3/4 full. And the pipette isn't very long. So, you really have to squeeze rapid fire, with it submerged, to get even half of it filled. And the consistency of the product is hard to measure by "drop" since it's very serum-like. It doesn't really form "drops" in a traditional sense (compare to something liquid, like eye drops).Anyway... This may work with their more vibrant colors? And on a full level 10 blonde... Or maybe even severely damaged/porous hair would absorb it better? I don't know. My hair is bleached (and freshly so)... Not a level 10, but not a brunette either lol. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It is what it is.

It did nothing at all. After all of that trouble applying it to my hair and I have thick hair that is a good length, everything washed right out. That was a waste of money.OK. My hair coloring looks better daily. My hair looks better daily than it did before I used this product . This may actually be ok.

I love the color and it doesn't make your hair brittle

I have 1.5 inch hair. Naturally medium blonde. Bleached very light. Took many attempts to add 19 drops to conditioner. Got a mid silver look. Washes off in 2 days with just rinsing my hair.. I will not purchase this product again. Not mad. I just don't think it is worth the trouble for 2 days color. If this is what you're looking for more power to ya.

I purchased this on the recommendation of a friend. We both have greying hair. I loved the fact that my hair color was evened out. No nasty dye smells.
