I have been taking this herb for about a year but my usual supplier was out so I decided to take a chance on this one. It honestly made my stomach turn it was revolting and undrinkable. I don't understand why both products say that they are the same herb yet taste vastly different?

I purchased Punarnava Powder in June, but was 5 days ago I tried for the first time. I'm having 3 years almost sick, I have pre-menopausal symptoms so severe I can't function sometimes . .panic attacks, anxiety, overweight, you name it, I'll be writing here for hours. My nights are miserable, I can't sleep 3 hours straight. I have palpitations, or extreme cold feeling, or hot flashes, dizziness, well I mixed 1/2 teaspoon with hot water, I took half of the diluted powder with orange juice. Since the moment I swallowed this mixture I felt stars running inside my body. I'm not hypochondriac, even with all my symptoms I don't take medications. I ended twice in the hospital with palpitations, after doing all kind of test diagnosis was "anxiety attack", I checked a year ago the thyroid panel, no problem, but I'm 50 years old now, looks like is menopausal symptoms plus stress. Sometimes I felt so drained and fatigue I can't do anything. In my mind I made planes but I feel crushed in the afternoon.Well since I started taking Punarnava the energy levels is choking, first night was weird because I want to do things I didn't for a long time.Let see how I do from now, I'm very impressed.The third day I didn't take to see the difference, the day was different like slow. Finally I slept the whole night last night. I think my body need a lot, 4 days is nothing what I suffered for years. Make me feel so relax and vivid, this plant is more than a plant.

I am not sure of the content of the powder as it looks and tastes like sandy soil and it also loiks exactly like that, no green, only l7ght brown. Looking up for descriptions on how it should taste like "bitter and purgent/spicy and intense" I cannot confirm this at all.Would appreciate if seller would reach out to me to clarify!

My husband and I had been taking this product for a year only once a day an had seen the benefits. We have more stamina and go to the doctor only for routine checkups. This is our personal experience.
