Very impressed
I already had a smart switch in my hallway and fancied making the hallway light come on when detecting motion, this does the trick perfectly. It was easy to attach to the wall and pair with the app and then I setup a simple routine that works very well. I would buy another if I ever needed one.

Works well BUT...
I had a bit of hell setting these up as I had the broadlink app which said all sensors were installed and picking up movement. The sensors also showed up in Alexa so made a couple of routines, then nothing happened. It turns out whenever you add a sensor (even the first one) after the connection is setup you have to DISABLE the Alexa skill then REENABLE it in order for Alexa to realise there is another sensor in use.Apart from the trickery of the start I'd say the sensors are worth what you pay for them, don't expect to get a split second reaction though whenever it detects you. Give it a couple of seconds before anything happens as I have them to detect turning on/off lights, when you walk into the room there is a fair bit of lag between doing so and the light switching on. Either way for the price they're not that bad.

Great with restrictions
Perfection detection. Wanted a light to come on when person detected. This does not work with this………yet. There will be…….eventually.

Impossible to install
I have had to wait for the plug on my new alexa to be deemed safe before I could even start using that. So that was the majority of the refund period gone and then postal strikes, i doubt I could get a refund for it now.The new Alexa I brought has a signer hub in it it is a 4th generation echo. I made certain to get that one because the pir3-fc said it needed a smart hub.The broad link app will not detect it by discovery. The app will detect it by qr scan but it says it can not detect a hub. I have gone through the process 3”three times on different devices for each option to add a new device. And the broadlink app says it is not connected to Alexa but Alexa says she is linked to broadlink. The occupancy routines on Alexa work but are to slow to turn of when no occupancy is detected.

Easy to set up and use
Follow the instructions carefully. (I have multiple wifi networks).Connect to your 2.4g network, disable auto reconnect on all other networks.Pair the hub, pair the sensor - done.Installed above my front door, lights come on when I walk in at night. Love it.

Fantastic
I put this in the toilet as everyone keeps forgetting to turn the light off! The item works flawlessly with my Brooadlink light switch, turning it both on as you enter and off when you have left (timing o fthis period of inactivity is up to you :) . Response time is less than a second and it works every time. Even my friends are asking where I got it from.....Excellent integration A++++

Sensor turns lights on when I'm in that room and off when no motion is detected at set time limit
Easy setup works well with alexa

Motion Not detected over 3 meters
Motion not detected if I’m over 3 meters away, description says 29 feet, I had mounted it in the corner at one end of the hall so only senses when I’m between 2-3 meters from it. Disappointed as I would need 3 or more to cover my hall
