I have reviewed this rice in the past, and can't really add/change anything. This is the absolute best wild rice that I have ever had. Period. The ease of cooking, the impossible to describe nutty taste/texture. If ever I am required to order my "last meal", my requested side will be this rice. It may even be my main entree.

Cooked according to directions and came out very light… Not too heavy like other wild rice. Some of the grains delightfully pop in your mouth while chewing. There is a slight nutty taste. This is the best rice I’ve ever had. So glad I bought it.

Value not worth the price. Expensive plus you have to pay for shipping. You can't return it. I'll find another seller

Wow. Really wow. This is amazing wild rice. The kind I remember from when I was a child. So delicious. Nothing like the wild rice available at places like Trader Joe's which is relatively flavorless.This wild rice costs more, sure, but it's hand harvested from the wild and dried over a wood fire. Did I mention that the flavor is remarkable and delicious?Well worth the extra money. Also, arrived far faster than was said it would.

There really is a difference between the darker farmed wild rice and this one. Taste is lighter and seems to be a bit softer. Also cooks much faster so make sure to change your cooking time accordingly.BINESHII's customer service is very fast and quickly sorted out an ordering issue.
