I liked the price for this product and the mg of ginger, turmeric and bioperine per capsule--make sure to check that because that's how other brands get you to pay more for the same mgs. I noticed my ME symptoms (fatigue/joint pain) were always better after I ate homemade curries, so started using these. It's hard to say if they really help me since I have so many disorders and symptoms that flare after exertion and other triggers, but for the price and any bit of relief I'll definitely keep taking them. Turmeric is a known anti-inflammatory, the science is confirmed, so for me, these make a lot of sense to take.

Taste is horrible
I have bought this brand in a small tablet & like it. Bought these capsules by accident. The stuck in my throat and left a horrible taste, although they do help with my inflammation and pain.
