This is a large container of coconut oil for heavy users. Although refined, it is not completely flavorless, however, the coconut is far less detectable than unrefined varieties. I used it to make popcorn and banana coffee flour bites (pictured) and it performed as expected.It works well both in food and to keep food from sticking to pans. It has the thickness and consistency I expect from coconut oil.My only complaint is that the container was difficult to open the first time. I had to use scissors multiple times when it was supposed to be a pull tab.

I didn't know what to expect when I ordered this. But it is a lot!! It was like getting a large tub of Crisco, altho much healthier! It is in a solid state but melts easily. So I really don't have anything to compare it to, but I'm happy. It doesn't have a strong coconut taste or smell, which is good, I think.

This stuff has a horrible taste to it. I wasted an entire pack of chicken breast, because the oil tastes like oil that’s been sitting out and gone ‘bad’. Very disappointed as this wasn’t cheap! Don’t waste your money
