It's a good product, and it will help your health like a good iron supplement is supposed to, but the orange flavor won't you help like I thought. It's iron, folks. It tastes like blood drank but it's good for us. So pretend you're a vampire or something and get it in you.

This is very good. It is easy to swallow however,it does taste like I drank a cast iron skillet. Around my time of month is when I use it the most and it helps with my fatigue and also ease my flow. Good value for money.

My family has a history of anemia but birth control exasperated mine. My levels were ungodly low (1-2). My doctor recommended I take iron pills but they honestly did nothing for me other than make me contrasted (tmi). I purchased this because I’m aware that iron can have a metallic taste but it says it taste like orange soo, I figured why not try. My first time taking it I took the dropper to the head…(big mistake). I have a strong stomach, I’m not a gagger!!! This had me dry heaving, drinking just about anything to get the taste out of my mouth and the only thing that worked was ice cream. I have been vegan for 2 years (not the healthiest vegan) but I am also trying to incorporate more veggies. This product works amazing I incorporate it with my orange juice, green smoothie, or protein shake in the mornings. My dizzy spells have vanished, my cold spells, and my shortness of breath. I would recommend taking a stool softener in addition to this and stay hydrated as well. (Consult your primary care physician).

Its a good product and easy on the stomach, but it does taste like eating a cast iron skillet. Just have a juice chaser nearby and you'll get through it. I started taking this immediately when I found out I was pregnant and so far my iron levels have been healthy consistently so Im happy with the product.

No constipation. Drink lots of water. No bad taste at all. It's so easy to use. Add to your juice.

I appreciate how I feel good compared to before this supplement. The quality of this speaks for itself in the improvement of my prior health. The liquid is much more absorbent than many and is very effective. The drawback is the syringe it came with was so stained from the iron, that I needed to use my own. It's easy to swallow with a flavored drink because the taste is very metallic and intolerable.Overall, I might buy again because of its effectiveness but not excited about the taste.
