Very good use all the time

This is a very fine powder & if you put it into your mouth dry and on its own, it can get into the lungs resulting in coughing for few minutes afterwards. So if you want to taste it on its own, just try it as a tiny amount on a tea spoon.If like me you have a sharp sense of taste or switching from embittered yeast, you might find the taste very bitter and unpleasant at first. (it is as bitter as pure coco/chocolate powder). But it is ok mixed with yogurt.

I dissolve heaped 2 teaspoons of this product in a half pint glass of water it dissolves really easily and then I just drink once in the morning once at night taste like cold tea to me a great cruelty-free way to obtain b vitamins or too enhance and already balanced diet fast dispatch. This product tastes like concentrated hoppy beer. Totally disgusting. The flavour is residual yeast, which can be very estrogenic, so I'd suggest trying to find nutritional yeast instead. There is no option for a refund, which doesn't surprise me since I imagine about 80% of customers would want to return. The company has no website or contact details, which makes it hard to trust the claims about the product. Finally, that so many other reviews don't mention the taste makes me question their validity. Not surprised other customers have been made sick by this.

A very fine powder easily desolves in water to me tastes like cold tea, there's not many supplements i believe have a noticeable benefit but brewers yeast is one i buy and recommend as part of a healthy well-balanced diet,, its a way to get guilt free b vitamin's without consumption of heart and liver ect pair this with dropi extra virgin codliver oil , in the morning ,, or eat an avocado and wash down with a mug of this brewers yeast ,the b vitamins aid ur body in useing the healthy fats throughout the day ,, i put three tea spoon in a large glass stir with cold water desolves quickly and drink
