Merv 13 Filter Material for Air Filters (16Ft²) , Air Particles, Clean Living Basic Dust Small as 0.3 Microns, Efficiency Breathable DIY Design (16 Square Feet)

Perfect for anything with a fan. Just cut to fit the intake side of the fan and the air exiting the fan will be cleaner. I have used it on a box fane and it collects an amazing amount of dust. I have also been using it on two window air conditioners to filter the air. I don't know why I didn't think of this years ago but it is absolutely fantastic and I will continue to do this for the rest of my life.Try it and you will be amazed.

added a piece of this in front of each of my return grills because we have lots of dogs that love to shed hair. Was tired of all the dog hair that was collecting on our a-coil upstairs. Somehow it was getting past our filter system. I looked the other day and there wasn't near as much as expected after installing these. I installed these by cutting my pieces and using small magnets to hold them in place which works really well.

I can literally see pores through by holding it up to the light. It does not look Merv 13 at all. I have no idea it's just very thin

Used the fabric to cover an open ceiling duct since a permanent air return was not installed yet. Caught a lot of dust.

Built a custom frame for a mini split filter. Purchased this media to help increase dust collection and reduce what would collect inside the mini split indoor unit. The filter media arrived folded in a plastic bag. Opened and laid out flat to cut. Cutting was smooth. Trimming to fit is a huge help. Used this as the last filter inline. Added another more dense filter on top to collect bulk before reaching the merv13 filter. After turning on the unit air flows smooth through the media. In the next 30 days we will pull the filter and check to see how it is performing. Right now we are happy with the setup.

Tried using the filter material on the exhaust vents to capture dust coming out the vent. The materiel is way too thick as no air would come thru it. To do what I wanted requires material that is not as thick in order to allow air to come thru. Good idea but it didn't work for me at all.
