It’s been two years I purchased the product. I had an issue with the burners and raised a complaint before my warranty got expired. Service team checked and said everything is fine and it is just happening because of dust accumulated. I started experiencing the same trouble just after my warranty expired. When I raised a complaint they informed that the burners have deformed and cannot be used. They are just manipulating the customers who have warranty and making them use the product till it expires. Then boom they’ll hit you with the charges for out of warranty.

The media could not be loaded. We've used this almost 2 months .. it's design it's so latest nd unique among other stove i ever seen .. excellent product

In span of 1 year I replaced 2 times of big and small burner and response from royal enterprises is very slow and always they say no stock available and they don’t pick your call. Please don’t buy this product and best is use normal gas stove. This product is useless and every time the burner does not work properly and automatic lighting does not work and we need to use lighter it’s failure product .

Burner issue with in one year of purchase. No support from prestige brand. They don't attend your complaints ,spending 18k for this useless product is my biggest mistake.My 15 year old stove is much more capable then this useless stove. Future times brand may see it's darker times

Poorly designed product, there are flame issues every few months and a service is needed, we have bought new burners also, they also go bad pretty quickly.customer service is also not great, you need to be ready with invoice before calling because they have no information about the product one has bought. won't recommend it to anyone

Severe choking of nozzle in a very short period. Flames coming out of bottom of the burner and no flame on many sides of the burner. A lot of loose parts in burner so a lot of fitment issues. The battery of the self ignitions dies in a matter of 3-4 months. Not advisable at all. Instead purchase a simle manual stove with traditional burner configuration.

Nice product

The stove glass was blasted within a month . I bought this stove in November 2021 and by Dec 2021 . The stove glass was completed damaged while using the stove . This is build quality of the prestige and I won’t recommended this product to anyoneNote : Don’t buy this product in online or in store you need to end up calling customer care or service centre everyday
