High quality, very good battery, excellent and great value for money

This is what appears to be a great product but unfortunately falls victim to cheap manufacturing and a once-respected manufacturer resorts to using inadequate parts and suppliers as a quick way to get extra profit.I have had two of these in a row break in exactly the same way - the unit just turns itself on and can't be turned off. The only way to get it to turn off (and it only works some of the time) is to plug the unit in to the USB charger.This is absolutely terrifying when, at 4 in the morning, you're woken up by the sound of this shaver violently buzzing away on the bathroom tiles.It's also not sharp. I bought a Phillips shaver 14 years ago that shaves my face and leaves my beard stubble feeling softer. My partner complains that my beard stubble is too sharp with this.Bad product. If you pay >£100 for it as the RRP then you're a fool. It's not even worth £20 and Amazon should stop selling this. I've now got mine downstairs hidden under a cushion on the sofa in case it goes off again in the middle of the night.

The media could not be loaded. After years of shaving with trimmers that didn't shave close enough or blades not sharp enough or crap battery power this ticks all the boxes.I'm a black guy and like many of us I've been prone to razor bumps, this shaver goes as close as possible without irritating skin and leaves my head looking great with literally zero stubble.I'm 3 haircuts in and around 6 shaves and still on the 1st charge .Perfect for wet use also but the power button is too smooth so can be difficult to switch off with wet hands .So far the only other attachment I've used is the nose trimer and again I can't fault it ..Much better than the braun/Philip's all in one shavers that are on the market .

It looks pretty slick and feels solid in your hand. The power on this thing is no joke - it's like going from a rusty old electric lawnmower to a top-of-the-line petrol model.One of the best features is the charging stand, it also holds all the attachments.Swapping between attachments is very easy, they just pull off and attach with a magnet.Now, a word of warning from someone who learned the hard way: if you're upgrading from an old trimmer, take it slow!I got a bit too excited and ended up taking off way more beard than I intended. Not the trimmer's fault, mind you - just me forgetting how weak my old one had gotten.The only real downside I've found is with the guards. Once you get past 10mm, the size jumps feel too big. Also, they feel a bit cheap, especially compared to the trimmer itself.Overall, it's a solid piece of kit with a few minor issues. Just remember to start on a longer setting than you think you need, and you'll be golden.

High quality feeling. Heavy and metallic in the hand. Looks good too.USB C charging directly or through the dock.Quieter than other alternatives.Cuts how it should. Sensitive areas will still need soap and blade though. Foil shaver works fine for the face tho.Superb battery life. Lasting for weeks for me. I only use it every three days, tho.The only big con I found is the adjustable plastic head for getting less close to the skin, is a poor implementation. Often catches the hairs and painfully pulls. And doesn't always execute an even finish. Wish it came attachable to the large head and not just the small head.Update: I have docked stars because the adjustable clip/blade constantly nips the facial hair and it hurts a lot. (Still on my first charge since purchasing it months ago.)

Excellent quality of build and steel. The attachments are of plastic surround which does loose is colour, they've gone from shiney metal effect to black in places, from pictures it made me believe that the whole attachment was steel. But the blade is and the blades are great. The 1mm beard trimmer does nip a lot though which causes a lot of discomfort when using, waiting for the next nip of hair. Recommend this over any other body groomer. The battery life is amazing too.

The set looks nice and feels like good quality, however that's where the positivity ends for me. I bought this mainly for beard trimming. It was on offer and thought the other trimmers like the body trimmer/nose hair trimmer would come in useful even though I probably would t use it as a hair trimmer.It just feels too heavy and awkward to use as a beard trimmer. It is called 'presicion' but I found it really clumsy to use and almost impossible to detail round the edges and awkward selecting red different lengths. The combs also felt too big and I had to do multiple passes from multiple directions to trim it effectively and completely and was then still finding individual long hairs it had missed. My much cheaper beard trimmer was much more effective and I've found myself using that. The ear/nose hair trimmer head is effective and better and more powerful than the individual ones you can get. It worked OK as an overall body trimmer. The foil shaver is flimsy and completely ineffective. There are two trimmer head sizes but there is very little difference between them. Would have been better if the bigger one was slightly bigger or the smaller one slightly smaller. I'm glad I got it in the sale as it feels like a complete waste of money.

I took such a long time deciding which to buy next. My last trimmer died when I dropped it and I had to go to one of the many barbers within a 1/4 mile of my home. I was gobsmacked how much better and closer his equipment cut my hair. So I did so much research and in the this was my choice and its exactly what I wanted. Cuts as close to the bone as possible with using a razor. Also does this in one pass. Blades are super sharp and strong and at the perfect angle to your head. So pleased I bought this set.
