Great Analog to SDI Conversion Quality
I had to read instructions in order to get it to work properly, and also purchased BM’s TB3 Mini 3G Recorder to bring analog component and stereo video from my very old HD pro consumer camcorder into my MacBook Pro M1 Max. Everything was perfect using the BM Express software.

Good product to connect older camera gear to SDI imput connections on newer gear
This item works well ... I've had no issues at this point. It helps connect my older camera via RCA to my newer gear that uses SDI connections.
