Unfortunately the rating I have to give this product is only 1 star. This unit was installed by my very competent mechanic as I watched him do it. The unit looks amazing in the car and the features are extraordinary, including the ability to connect to available wifi. However, there is NO AUDIO! We checked all the connections and relevant fuses multiple times. Reaching out to support results only in them asking you to contact them via Whatsapp. They should have a community page with FAQs, remedies, troubleshooting advice, and shared solutions. I guarantee that this would bring higher ratings and far more sales. Seriously, no audio? CUSP, I can't be the first person with this problem.

Bought this thing hoping it would be a really nice upgrade and easy to work with. Boy was I wrong. Let's just start off with the install. There are no clear instructions for specific model vehicles because, yes, why would you include instructions for the specific vehicle the product you're selling goes into. There are cables that you won't know what they're used for unless you've messed with stereo systems in cars before. The backup camera won't work with this product because it doesn't have a proper connection, luckily my mirror has an integrated screen for the camera. They include a mountable camera, but good luck finding a discreet place on your vehicle to mount it, and better luck running the wires. The GPS adapter doesn't match the factory OEM, so on-screen Navigation is impossible unless you want to hook up another GPS dongle and run it to the outside of your vehicle from the inside and hope it stays magnetized to the vehicle while driving on the highway.Now let's move on to the commodities, or lack thereof. The microphone in your vehicle and the button for it on your steering wheel won't work with this system, and they even include another mic despite the one on the screen working just fine. Your sync will no longer work, and you must solely rely on this thing to maybe understand what you're saying and maybe pick up the activation cue. Call accept/decline buttons don't pair and neither does the mute button. Unsure if it affects the cruise control buttons or not but I'd assume that's separate.Now for the enjoyability of this radio/stereo system, the entire importance of this product. My system, the new 2023 stereo/radio system, doesn't play music with clear crisp sound. There is a high-pitched loud static, whining, and buzzing sound which comes out my speakers when playing music on this system. Never had this issue with my factory OEM radio/stereo system. The noise is so loud it makes enjoying music difficult while in the car. I'm unsure if it's due to interference with the wires being so close together or if that's just how the product is, but overall I'm unsatisfied with the product and will likely return it within the next few days if CUSP can't give me info or help that will resolve the issues with the system.

Received the item exactly as displayed. Watched alot of youtube videos of people installing one of these patiently, The item came with all the cables, even came with a backup camera. Once I took my time to strip the old dash, started the installation with the help of a friend.It was just exactly as the videos it was like a game of matching plugs and connect to the right sloth. Sometimes you will have one or two cables that you dont know where it goes, but that is OK. Hardest part was installing the backup camera, stripping and arrange the cables. Once it was done we fire up the console and lo and behold, worked on the very first try.Learning curve on how to setup and configure the system was a bit difficult. I even had to connect my wi-fi ( yes it can detect nearby free or home wi-fi ) and download an update. Once done and configured everything worked fine. All my friends and people from a Mustang club were really impressed and some were asking where should they get one to. So far a happy customer.

Nice unit... not much on instructions or how to use it but hooked it all up and the sound wouldn't play...now I bought the used one cause it was cheaper.. so I sent it back and I'm waiting on the new one to get here I won't make the same mistake and purchase the used item again... but over all pretty cool unit and it looks good inthe car

Took about 30 minutes to setup. So far I've had no issues with it. There is some slight lag on button presses but it's not a big deal. Overall I'm happy with it. Massive upgrade from the stock stereo.

(Terrible experience), (inconsistent product), (called the manufacture and they wont help since I purchased this item from a third party and not them directly.)I've tried to reach out via email and calling customer support which didn't help at all. The email continued to get me to download whatsapp and then giving me a number that's too long to use. The A/C button will turn on (full blast only), yet the temperature doesn't change over t o heat and the fan speed will not decrease. Also after the first week the Apple carplay isn't connecting now.Will be returning this product.

I bought an older Mustang because I stumbled across one with unbelievable low mileage. However, I missed having a modern stereo with CarPlay and a backup camera. This unit replaced the stereo and climate control system in the dash. It looks great. I did have some difficulties with installation that turned out that I didn’t connect the audio lines. Amazon put me into contact with the people from CUSP. They answered all my questions and I resolved my problems.
