Great little knife!
Really like this knife. It's is very well designed and feels solid in your hand despite the small size. I was worried I wouldn't like a knife that small but the slightly wider handle and solid construction makes it feel very secure and comfortable to use. It is slim and light and fits well into your pocket with the tight fitting clip. I was able to quickly sharpen and hone it to cut my arm hair. The chisel blade concept is new to me so I am excited to see how that can be put to use. This is also my first CRKT knife and will not hesitate to purchase more of their knifes based on the quality and price of this knife. It will be my new EDC.

Great cleaver style assisted opening knife. Very sharp.
I’ve been a semi serious knife collector for many years. I own Bali Songs, Benchmade, Syperderco, Randall and more. I often prefer an automatic with a Tanto or drop point. I discovered the Razel and thought for the money and blade I’d give it a try. What a great knife. It came razor sharp with a crisp assorted opening mechanism. The ball bearing pivot makes for smooth operation. I’m able to open and close this one-handed it’s a little on the heavy side but it is easy to carry, came extremely sharp and functions flawlessly. I have several assisted opening CRKT knives and each one has proven to be well designed, strong lock up, very sharp out of the box blade and easy to carry and use. The Razel is a good choice e for an all around working knife. I was curious and skeptical about the design of the blade but it has proven to be a versatile, easy to open knife. Very highly recommended.

Good function
This item works as advertised. Works great for my use; breaking down Amazon boxes for recycling.

Love this design
It's heavy. It's not my go to EDC, however when I know I'm doing more than EDC work? Love this knife. It's great for scraping or cutting drywall. It seems to take a beating and sharpens back up.

EDC
I use as a dedicated EDC, I am a sign installer/fabricator, I need to scrape, clean, etc, glass of old paint, adhesive. As well as cut material on a table, and general knife use. I can open this knife with gloves on easily with the exposed flipper on the back, the spine is rounded on the back, which I use to "roll over" the rough edge of cut composite substrate, aluminum, etc. The edge holds good without chipping. I have a S35V knife that holds a better edge, but has already chipped out with minimal work, S35V will not hold up to actual commercial work, the stainless steel of this knife is undamaged after 3 months. Lock up is still good. I am going to buy another, I really like this knife. Perfect for my job.

Interesting knife, TERRIBLE action
Start with the good... The look and feel are solid. I like the Razel blade shape. It's inexpensive (I paid $25). Disappears in your pocket. Nice grip when choking up on the finger choil. Not so good... The action is awful. The detent is waaay too strong, and you can hear the detent ball screeching against the blade. This is really caused by the lock bar being too strong, so I bent it out a little, which helped a little, but it's still a rough action. You'd never guess there were bearings in the pivot. The blade is off center, but not rubbing on the frame so I'll deal with it. And downside to being small, it's a bit uncomfortable in the hand if you're not on the choil. The nice to know... it is a bit heavy, as expected, and the weight is biased towards the back of the handle. Between the blade shape and the small size it's easy to knick your palm when when using one hand to open/close the knife (ask me how I know).Overall I don't regret my purchase, but I'd waaay rather pay twice as much for better quality, a smooth action, recessed deep carry clip, etc.Hopefully, some day, the Razel blade and some of Graham's designs will get a proper mid-level production.

Great knife
This is a great pocket knife so far. It's a different shape than the styles I have owned previously, but so far I really enjoy that aspect. The flip switch is very responsive and the opening motion is smooth. The blade is quality and has a thicker spine, so it would be great for use in outdoors applications. Comfortable to hold and operate with one hand. The only thing I don't really care for is the placement of the clip, just seems backwards to me and there's no option for changing it.

Good tool
Wasn’t expecting much but was surprised by it. It has an excellent feel to it. The knife and the Ben the chiseled end both come very sharp. The glass breaker is heavy duty. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the handle material as it “looked cheap” but is actually pretty rugged material. All in all I’m impressed and this will be a daily carry for me.
