Q: What is the unicorn's horn made of? Purchasing for 2 yr old twins, want to make sure it's safe.

It is made of soft plush material wrapped in a shiny plastic. The horn can be bent, I would say that it is completely safe.

Q: Would this fit a full size iPad and headphones?

I believe the iPad would be fine though I don't have one handy. The headphones would just depend on the configuration. The bag is only about 2-2.5" deep... but it's also pliable so it'll bow out a bit to accommodate. My kids each have one and they cram all kinds of things in theirs. I do highly recommend these.

Q: Will this fit a small adult?

No, I do not believe a small adult would fit inside this bag.
