After a lot of research we bought this knob handle with lock and we are glad with the choice we made. The stainless steel finish is very good, the package has all the screws and little tool that is required for installing, attractive price and it is made in India. Great job Met Craft!

I have not given a 5 star simply because sometimes, when I use it, it tends to pre-lock. It may be a design flaw, but I suspect it is more an installation issue. Using it for more than a year now, I think. No hassles. Premium look, works 99% of the time (except that pre-lock issue, as I mentioned) Overall, a decently great product.

Moderate quality one is working another is not working.

After researching extensively and ordering multiple times finally got the correct lock to replace my existing lock. This lock have bigger backseat as described. Also it comes with 2 backseat one small and other large in case you need smaller one. It is difficult to find large backseat in the standard company locks like godrej. The lock have good finish and quality and lower price as Compare to locks available in market. Fully satisfied

I bought it for bathroom. I could not fit myself. I called plumber and he could not fit it also due to small pin. In my case, plumber came too late so returning date also passed and now I can't use it.

The locks are too good in this price range. But what I would like to highlight is the customer service. Before the locks were dispersed by the vendor he called asking whether I am replacing the old locks or installing a new one. When I said I am replacing the old locks, the vendor asked whether the pistol is large or short. I wasnt aware of it so the vendor send the pistols to 2 sizes which would fit free off cost. And indeed one of them didnt fit but the other one fit just fine. Very rarely any vendor goes out of the way to ensure that the customers are satisfied. If the pistol/lever wouldnt have fit I would have returned the locks but the vendor made sure that the locks are not returned by sending pistol/lever to 2 sizes. Hats off too the vendor who went out of the way to ensure no convenience is caused to customer.In future this will be my goto vendor for any other furnishing needs.
