Scarecrow: A Fall Book for Kids

Beautifully written story with incredible artwork.

I bought this book as a harvest type of book for my little one thats a year old. (Hes too young for this book). But I did get this after reading a review that described it as a beautifully written song/poem & that this is a must have. Well. I nearly cried it was so beautiful of a story. The illustrations were perfect too. Who cares if my kid has no real clue just yet lol I'll read it whenever. Its that good. Its worth the hype & all that. I'd gift this book too.

Utterly charming, thoughtful, and beautifully illustrated.

This is the quietest, sweetest little book! Close to tears midway through for the lonely scarecrow, only to be brought to smiles as he cares for a small crow, which opens a new world of friends for him. My grandchildren (4 and 6) were touched by the compassion and love of the scarecrow. Beautiful watercolor illustrations and beautiful story.
